The school fees charged include programs, activities and materials which are essential to the teaching of the curriculum and the learning experience students will benefit from while enrolled in our school. This includes lunches and snacks, textbooks, workbooks, learning equipment and supplies, a selection of after school activities, day trips, student’s participation in some school performances, and basic accident insurance.

The Endowment fee THB 50,000 and Entrance fee THB 20,000 per student are required by 31 May 2024. This amount will guarantee a seat and will be applied against school fees.
Term 1 – Payment due date by 30 June 2024.
Term 2 – Payment due date by 30 November 2024.
Term 3 – Payment due date by 31 March 2025.
Fees are payable in Thai Baht, net of any bank charges (transfer fees, credit card charges etc.)

There will be a surcharge for late payment of 10%.
Prorated fees will be applied to students who enroll at the school during a term according to the number of weeks remaining in the academic year (including the week of entry).
Parents are required to provide written notice of withdrawal to the school administration. The minimum notice period of 30 days before the term begins is required. The Endowment fee is refundable within 30 days after the term closes.
The Entrance fee is non-refundable.
75% refund for withdrawals between 3 – 6 months before the term begins.
50% refund for withdrawals between 1 – 3 months before the term begins.
25% refund for withdrawals less than 1 month before the term starts.
No fees are refundable if a student completes more than half a term.
All students are required to wear the school uniform which can be purchased from A-Chuan International School.
All examination fees for IGCSE and A-Level examinations will be the responsibility of the parents.
Some extracurricular activities include music lessons and overseas school trips.
