Admissions

The Endowment fee THB 50,000 and Entrance fee THB 20,000 per student are required by 15 May. This amount will guarantee a seat and will be applied against school fees.

• Term 1 – Payment due date by 30 July.

• Term 2 – Payment due date by 30 December.

• Term 3 – Payment due date by 30 March.

Remark: reserve your child’s enrollment for the next academic year within May and you won't have to pay the 50,000 (likely referring to a deposit or fee).

Fees are payable in Thai Baht, net of any bank charges (transfer fees, credit card charges etc.)

Payments can be made at school office or online by:

• Credit Card (Visa/Master cards are accepted with a bank charge of 3%).

Important: Please ensure that your payment covers all bank charges. Please include the student’s full name on the bank transfer/deposit slip and send it by email to suttiluck.p@achuan.ac.th.

• Families with more than one child will receive a 10% discount on tuition fees for the first child, second child, and third child. 

• There will be a surcharge for late payment of 10%.

• Prorated fees will be applied to students who enroll at the school during a term according to the number of weeks remaining in the academic year (including the week of entry).

Parents are required to provide written notice of withdrawal to the school administration. The minimum notice period of 30 days before the term begins is required. The Endowment fee is refundable within 45 days after the term closes.

• The Entrance fee is non-refundable.

• 75% refund for withdrawals between 3 – 6 months before the term begins.

• 50% refund for withdrawals between 1 – 3 months before the term begins.

• 25% refund for withdrawals less than 1 month before the term starts.

Remark: No fees are refundable if a student completes more than half a term.

• All students are required to wear the school uniform which can be purchased from A-Chuan International School.

• All examination fees for IGCSE examinations will be the responsibility of the parents.

• Some extracurricular activities are not included, for example, overseas school trips.
