In the year 2011, Ms. Tiraka Nualjan achieved success in business and established A-Chuan Tutorial School, Krabi branch, as a private non-formal educational institution affiliated with the Office of the Private Education Commission under the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Education, Ministry of Education. The school offers extracurricular programs in science and mathematics from Grade 1 to Grade 12 and is located at 55/14 Paknam Road, Muang District, Krabi Province. Each year, the school enrolls over 500 students and has continued its operations to the present day in an online format.
In 2012, Ms. Tiraka Nualjan, in collaboration with Kent Language Academy, led a group of 25 students from Grade 4 to Grade 12 for school trip in the United States, providing them with opportunities to visit renowned schools. This initiative marked the beginning of the school management's vision to develop Thai students internationally.
In 2016, Ms. Tiraka Nualjan established A-Chuan Nursery, under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. The school began with 80 students, accepting children from early childhood (0.5 years) to Kindergarten 3 (6 years) using Brain-Based Learning Innovation.
In 2017, Ms. Tiraka Nualjan visited Roosevelt School Elementary, recipient of the Winning Blue Ribbon Award in the Midwest region of America, which inspired a shift in focus towards child development alongside English language proficiency from a young age.
In 2019, Ms. Tiraka Nualjan renamed and revised the curriculum, transforming A-Chuan Nursery into A-Chuan International Nursery, with a focus on English as a second language alongside Brain-Based Learning.
With the potential for success and positive feedback from parents, in 2020, Ms. Tiraka Nualjan expanded operations, affiliating A-Chuan International Nursery with the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, rebranding it as A-Chuan Kindergarten Krabi, under the supervision of the Office of the Private Education Commission. The school adopted a standard curriculum, with standout features including the integration of the Thai curriculum with the American curriculum and STEM education, catering from pre-kindergarten to Grade 6. On November 9th, A-Chuan Kindergarten Krabi, received royal patronage from Phrakhru Wijit Thammakan, presiding over the consecration ceremony.
Simultaneously, in the same year, A-Chuan Kindergarten Krabi established a Learning Resource Center, joining the International Council of Associations for Science Education (ICASE), with Mr. Pichet Jeathonkree, Director of Education, Krabi, presiding over the center's inauguration, and Dr. Janchai Yingprayoon as the principal consultant.
From 2023 to 2024, Ms. Tiraka Nualjan achieved international recognition through various endeavors:
1. Representing Thailand in The 7th Belt and Road Teenager Maker Camp & Teacher Workshop in Nanning, China.
2. Collaborating on STEM education with Phon Sawan School, Laos.
3. Collaborating on STEM education with Sai Kung Sung Tsun Catholic School, Hong Kong.
4. Participating in The First China-ASEAN STEM Study Contest in Vientiane, Laos, and winning numerous awards.
5. Delivering lectures on STEM at schools in Turkey and visiting universities and technology-focused schools.
6. Sending Thai student representatives to the China-Thailand Students STEAM Projects Seminar in China.
7. Participating in workshops at Guilin University of Aerospace Technology, China.
8. Participating in the 38th CASTIC OFFICIAL INVITATION (China Adolescents Science & Technology Innovation Contest) in Beijing, China, with students receiving scholarships from the Chinese government.
9. Attending The 7th International Conference in Lucerne, Switzerland.
With experience in international collaboration and positive responses from international students, Ms. Tiraka Nualjan aspires to establish an international school in Krabi. Given Krabi's status as a global tourist destination, both temporary and permanent residents would benefit from such an institution. Establishing an international school in Krabi would meet the basic educational needs of children and grandchildren and contribute to the province's overall economy. Moreover, it would fulfill the desires of Thai parents for international education standards, providing linguistic and cultural diversity and recognized global curricula, thus ensuring that children have opportunities for further education or international employment in the future.
